Job Requirements:

• Experience in an industrial company – mandatory
• Certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or 3
• Full bookkeeping responsibilities up to trial balance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping for a group of companies with consolidated reports, or in an industrial/public company
• Proficient in ERP systems – Oracle experience is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and high service orientation
• Willingness to work under pressure, including overtime when needed

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our finance team and act as the right hand to the Company Controller.

This role includes full bookkeeping responsibilities in a public industrial company, including:

• Managing accounts payable (domestic and international), invoicing, and payments
• Compiling accounting materials up to trial balance
• Handling reports to government authorities
• Performing bank and supplier reconciliations
• Preparing periodic financial reports and audit materials for external auditors
• Leading and implementing financial processes and internal controls
• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting entries
