Junior Accountant

A growing fintech company in Kfar Saba is looking for a junior accountant to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process real-time accounting transactions with precision and timeliness
Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial data for decision-making
Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
Handle local and international bank payments and reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
Perform accounting adjustments and manage entries within the general ledger
Execute additional accounting-related tasks as needed in a dynamic finance environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge – a plus)
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting
systems
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data
High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
