Are you a seasoned Product professional passionate about driving customer success through effective implementation? Join us and play a key role in tailoring and deploying software solutions. We're looking for a results-oriented individual with at least 3 years of proven experience in product roles within software development and a strong track record of successful project implementations.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager with an implementation focus, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers realize the full value of our software. You'll work closely with engineering and customer success teams to understand client needs and oversee the customization and deployment of the product within their unique environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer-specific product requirements.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product adjustments and configurations.
• Work with the development team to implement necessary product modifications.
• Manage and execute the technical implementation of our software in customer environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during implementation.
• Create and maintain implementation-related documentation.
• Serve as a product expert and provide feedback to the core product team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges.
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product role within the software development industry. 
• Proven experience in implementing software solutions for customers.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
