SAP Project Manager

We're Hiring: PMO for a Leading ERP Program (SAP)

One of Israel’s largest and most prominent food production and marketing groups is seeking a PMO for a key role in its ERP (SAP) program, via an external outsourcing company.

Location: Petah Tikva (Kiryat Aryeh)
Work format: Full-time, on-site (no hybrid)
Work environment: Open space
Availability: Immediate
Transportation: Preference for candidates with private vehicles

About the Role:
As a PMO, you will be responsible for planning and executing project management and control activities across the organization’s flagship SAP project.

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning and task tracking

Leading and implementing project management methodologies

Reporting project status to program leadership and company management

Managing and maintaining project knowledge and documentation

Direct communication with key stakeholders

Driving action and collaboration across teams

Working with diverse teams including IT, business stakeholders, and local/international vendors

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT project management

Proven experience in implementing project management methodologies, preferably in SAP environments

Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure

Strong technological understanding – high preference for SAP experience

Ability to lead processes and motivate others

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, MS Project – must

Fluent English – must
