We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv and play a key role in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT and vendor tax withholding reports to the Israeli tax authorities
Process vendor invoices in a multi-currency ERP system, and prepare payments according to the payment schedule
Manage monthly payroll / coordinate with an external payroll provider

Requirements:

Skills and experience:

4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a high-tech or global organization
Level 2 bookkeeping certification – a must
Experience with Excel and NetSuite - a must
Payroll Specialist – Advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
English – high level
