Community Manager (Contract – Israel, English-speaking)

Looking for an organized, persuasive Community Manager in Israel to lead our first parent community at Sprout—a new iOS app that helps families with kids (ages 6–12) manage screen time and build better routines.

What is Sprout?

Sprout is a habit-building assistant for iPhone/iPad families. Kids earn screen time by completing real-world tasks—like brushing teeth or packing their school bag. Parents get a calmer, more cooperative home.

Your core mission: recruit.

You’ll actively bring Anglo families into our early access program and build a space where they can talk, share, and engage.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit iPhone/iPad families with school-age kids into our waitlist
• Set up and run a Facebook or WhatsApp group under the Sprout brand
• Collaborate directly with the founding team and UX researcher to run small habit/routine tests
• Surface insights, stories, and screenshots from real families

You’re a fit if you:

• Are fluent in English and based in Israel
• Know how to move a group, not just chat in one
• Are active in Anglo parenting circles, online or offline
• Can work part-time, async, and independently
