Key Responsibilities:

You’ll help build core systems used by thousands of users globally, directly contributing to the success of top-tier e-commerce brands.
Lead a team of backend developers.
Implement architecture at all stages of development, including coding, design, monitoring, and scaling.
Plan, design, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
Collaborate with other R&D teams to deliver data solutions and insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

6+ years of backend development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role, preferably in a fast-paced product or SaaS environment.
Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern backend frameworks and best practices.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Actual experience with GenAI tools and prompt engineering
Experience with data research and analytics.
Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, drive code quality, and lead code reviews and architecture discussions.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering - An advantage.
