Experienced PPC/SEO Lead (Remote | B2B Tech Focused)

We're a growing B2B digital marketing agency working exclusively with innovative tech companies. Our clients are pushing boundaries, and we help them scale with high-impact marketing strategies — and now we’re looking for a PPC/SEO Lead who’s ready to do the same.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, build, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Develop and execute strategic ABM, demand generation, and inbound/outbound campaigns
• Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation, ad platforms, and other growth tools
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, ad channels, CRM, and marketing automation tools — turning data into actionable insights
• Own your campaigns from concept to conversion — and keep optimizing for performance

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of B2B tech marketing experience (startups or lean teams especially welcome!)
• Proven experience driving leads, pipeline, and awareness through paid campaigns
• Excellent native-level English communication skills
• A strategic mind with hands-on ability — you can think high-level and get in the weeds
• Confident juggling multiple campaigns, priorities, and clients with clarity and calm
• A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset
