About this role:

As a Financial Controller at Connecteam, you will oversee all the financial aspects of the company globally in order to support its fast growth.

We are looking for a passionate accounting expert with vast financial, accounting, and tax experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the month-end, quarter and year-end closing process.
• Manage all financial aspects of Connecteam's subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and the company's policies.
• Prepare the statutory financial statements and tax return of the subsidiaries.
• Manage the payroll processes for the subsidiaries.
• Provide an analytical analysis of the financial statements.
• Work closely and become a business partner of other units in the organization that affect financial reporting.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
  
  

• CPA with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
• 3+ years of experience, post-internship, in a SaaS company.
• High understanding of US GAAP and basic accounting principles.
• Vast knowledge of tax compliance and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with offshore subsidiaries.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in developing processes and metrics for business support.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
