Digital and E-commerce Manager for a global pharmaceutical company

Job Description:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a digital and e-commerce manager to lead the presence of the company's brands in the digital space and develop the e-commerce sector.

Location: Sharon area, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for sponsored campaigns across all platforms including performance analysis, ongoing measurement and producing reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Management of the company's digital assets and optimization of the user experience.
• Leading the company's e-commerce sector: Overall responsibility for the activity on the company's online commerce sites, including performance analysis, optimization, campaign management and increasing sales.
• Researching digital trends and identifying trends for adopting new tools and implementing innovative work methods.
• Managing external suppliers – media companies and technology providers.
• Working with internal interfaces: marketing, customer service and logistics.
• Reporting to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - required (MBA preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in leading digital and e-commerce activities - required
• Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and various online marketing tools
• In-depth familiarity with the worlds of social media
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes and ability to work independently alongside teamwork
• Business approach, strategic vision and high analytical ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Creativity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• High level of English
