Bookkeeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper to take part in our Finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Processing vendor invoices: Ensuring all invoices are booked accurate and on a timely manor based on a PO or other invoice approval
• Processing Payments: Ensuring all invoices and bills are paid accurately and on time based on the vendor payment terms
• Maintain the Vendor list: Open new vendors in the ERP, including relevant documentation and verifications
• Reconciliation: Verifying and reconciling accounts payable ledgers with bank statements and vendor accounts to ensure accuracy
• Expense Monitoring: Tracking company expenditures and ensuring they align with budgets
• Compliance: Following financial policies, tax regulations, and ensuring proper documentation for audits
• Vendor Communication: Corresponding with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, and other vendor needs
• Assist in the preparation of the annual Audit
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested
  
  

• 2-4 years experience in similar roles -Must
• High level of English - Must
• Experience in F&O (Microsoft) ERP - advantage
• High-tech company’s experience – a significant advantage
• Experience in Manufacturing company – advantage
• Highly Motivated and devoted – someone who’s eager to learn new things and develop in a growing team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Interpersonal skills and high teamwork ability
• Proactive attitude to complete tasks on a tight schedule
