We’re Hiring: Marketing Lead (Hands-On Role)

We’re looking for a passionate and driven marketer to build and lead our marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a hands-on role — you’ll be responsible for creating the marketing infrastructure, leading campaigns, crafting messaging, analyzing data, and driving real growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and execute a full end-to-end marketing strategy.
• Lead and manage paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Create value-driven marketing content, landing pages, and newsletters.
• Strengthen basic SEO foundations and grow our organic presence.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Support product releases with marketing messaging and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a SaaS company or tech product.
• Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Strong background in Product Marketing — messaging, product pages, collaboration with Product teams.
• Skilled in content-driven marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• High level of self-management, creativity, and the ability to independently drive projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven approach.
• Advantage: Background or understanding of the finance industry, accounting management, or B2B SaaS for business operations.
