Business Process & Organizational Excellence Manager

Take a key role in leading strategic projects, implementing CRM and marketing systems, optimizing business processes, and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CRM and marketing system implementation: requirements, execution, and go-live.
• Lead business process mapping, optimization, and implementation of advanced methodologies.
• Define KPIs, monitor project progress, and provide regular management reporting.
• Drive change management initiatives, including user training and system adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience managing cross-organizational business projects (CRM/marketing focus).
• Strong background in process improvement, project leadership, and working with senior management.
• Excellent communication skills and high-level English.
• Flexibility for full-time position and travel between company sites.

Advantages:

• Experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools.
• PMP or Agile certification.
