Deep Learning Compiler Team Leader (MLIR/LLVM)

One of our clients is seeking an experienced Deep Learning Compiler Team Leader (MLIR/LLVM)

to drive the development of their cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence SDK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a semiconductor innovator creating next-generation AI computing platforms, enabling customers to scale AI usage while reducing costs, energy consumption, and data center footprint.

In this role, you will lead hands-on development of optimization algorithms, compilers, simulators, and profiling tools, gaining deep expertise in AI-centric software and hardware architectures. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to integrate new features into real-world AI applications. The work environment is based on Python, C++, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

Key Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• 2–3 years of team management experience.
• Proven system-level software understanding.
• Hands-on AI project experience (a major advantage).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MLIR/LLVM compiler development.
• Deep learning deployment experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
