We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with system and network administration for our employees. You’ll work across macOS, Windows, enterprise networks, and collaboration tools to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the company's cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Areas of responsibility include managing cloud services, administering Linux and Windows servers, networking, security, and supporting business-critical systems. This position provides advanced technical support to other IT department staff and plays a key role in the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 years of experience in a IT Systems Administration, Network Administration or related role
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption)
• Experience with Identity Management technologies (G Suite, Azure, Okta, Active Directory)
• Understanding of Endpoint Configuration Management Concepts (Intune, Kandji, WorkspaceOne)
• Experience with cloud based productivity suites (Google Workspace, Office 365)
• Familiarity with Cloud Environments (eg. Azure, AWS, Meraki)
• Experience with Incident Management Tools (eg. Jira, Freshservice)
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware
• Experience with system troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
