Position: Technical Recruiter

Full-time position, Location - Hadar Dimol, Bursa, Ramat Gan.

Hybrid work model (high flexibility for those coming from the periphery).

About Us

SeeHR is a headhunting company specializing in boutique recruitment for startups and high-tech companies.

SeeHR has been operating for nearly a decade and is part of the See Security Group, which includes several affiliated companies specializing in information security, including: a college for information security and cyber warfare, a consulting company, an operations company, another college for technological professions, and, of course, SeeHR.

We mainly focus on recruiting for information security and R&D software positions, including unique, senior, and "under the radar" roles.

About the Role

Sourcing and accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process until placement.

Sourcing work on social networks, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

Conducting phone interviews and writing professional evaluations according to the candidate's experience and the client’s requirements.

Accompanying the candidate throughout the recruitment process until contract signing.

Working with startups and high-tech companies - regular collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers, participation in Kick-Off meetings, understanding job profiles, and accompanying the recruitment process in all its aspects.

Working within a small, very high-quality team.
