Business Operation Manager - Expert sourcing

Description

Fiverr is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Business Operations Manager to lead a new service within Fiverr Pro. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and results.

You’ll build and optimize processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless execution across teams. Partnering with Product, Data, Sales Ops, and Marketing, you'll shape and scale the service while championing user needs.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Own the business growth and performance of the service funnel, including key KPIs, and lead ongoing efforts to improve conversion rates
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, scaling internal projects, and improving core processes.
• Lead the growth and scale-up of internal initiatives, including end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery.
• Design and implement scalable operational processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through on all open items.
• Gather, analyze, and translate internal and external data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure strong communication and alignment across all relevant stakeholders within your area of responsibility.
• Advocate for our users by synthesizing feedback, research, market trends, and product usage data to shape product direction and drive improved conversion.
  
  

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or similar roles—ideally within a B2B environment
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data, conduct qualitative research, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Experience building reports/dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce with a solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing best practices.
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, business, and support teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in advanced-level English
