About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to enter the cutting-edge AI field and take a leading role in a groundbreaking project at the intersection of technology, customer service, and innovation.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee cross-platform initiatives, combining advanced technology with customer service, from defining specifications to full-scale implementation. You will lead key processes independently, collaborating with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into actionable on-the-ground solutions.

You’ll be at the forefront of daily innovation, working with advanced language models (such as ChatGPT) and customizing them to meet specific client needs. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact on both technology and client experience.

Work location: Client site, conveniently accessible by train.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• 3+ years of experience in project management within IT systems / CRM – required
• Background in AI projects – significant advantage
• Previous experience in customer service roles (e.g. customer service representative) – significant advantage
• Familiarity with language models – advantage
• Python coding skills – advantage
• High level of independence and ability to work autonomously
