Cybereason is looking for a talented and motivated Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage the weekly payment cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee all activities related to accounts payable, including monthly reconciliations and AP aging reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare funding requests.
• Maintain direct communication with vendors and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Bookkeeper, Type 5 or above.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
• Hands-on experience in supplier invoice recording, bank reconciliations, and supplier account reconciliations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
• A true team player passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP - a significant advantage.
