What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage large-scale Mobile in-app campaigns across platforms, including DSP's and SSP's.

Maximize performance: Oversee campaign performance, manage, and optimize campaigns to enhance profits, ROI, and overall success.

Develop and execute advanced campaign strategies, including Mobile App Performance research, and market targeting.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, implement new strategies, and refine solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and ensuring continuous growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a PPC Campaign Manager/Media Buyer in the online marketing or media space, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Advantageous Backgrounds: Senior Media Buyer, Senior Marketing Analyst, DSP Campaign Manager, Programmatic Manager.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in English (written) is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• A deep understanding of mobile marketing trends and audience behavior.
• Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
