Senior/Lead AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Lead AI Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI architectures that power our AI agents and CoPilot solutions.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python.
• Build AI architectures including agents, tools, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Work with LangChain and other state-of-the-art frameworks.
• Lead the deployment of AI solutions to production environments with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
• Implement observability tools and best practices to monitor and optimize AI system performance.

Who you are:

• Experienced backend developer with strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of AI systems architecture, particularly in building agents and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Skilled in deploying machine learning models and AI agents into production.
• Passionate about building innovative, production-grade AI solutions.
