Clalit Innovation is Clalit's dedicated innovation arm, where we develop products and publish research that save people's lives.

We are looking for an experience MLOps engineer to tackle high-impact, complex challenges across diverse healthcare domains. You'll play a critical role in building and scaling robust ML infrastructure to accelerate the development of machine learning models in real-world clinical and research settings. Who you are:

• 3 years of experience with ML lifecycle management and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Doker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in programming language such as Python and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and practices for production ML systems such as the ELK stack.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What you'll do:

• Design, implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for ML models and applications.
• Authmate deployment and scaling processes using modern DevOps tools (e.g., Doker, Kubernetes, Terraform, JFrog, Openshift) on-prem and in the cloud.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to integrate models into production workflows.
• Implement security best practices in the deployment process.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with healthcare or clinical data
• Familiarity with Openshift and Redhat AI.
• Experience in cyber security.
• Open-source contributions.
