Front End Team Lead

A profitable, global high-tech company offering a cloud-based digital media management solution.

The company develops GenAI-powered technologies for managing digital media in the cloud, including automated editing, personalization, optimization, and dynamic delivery of images and videos across websites and applications.

Founded in 2012, with over 400 employees worldwide (200 in Israel), the company reached $100M ARR without external funding and was acquired by Blackstone in 2022 at a $2B valuation.

Offices in Petah Tikva and Ramat Yishai location preference is flexible. Hybrid work model with two days per week from the office.

Role Description:

• Hands-on team lead position managing a team of two developers (one in Israel, one in Poland). Reporting to the VP of R&D Infrastructure.
• Part of the Infrastructure Group, supporting all Frontend development across the company.
• Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, AWS

Requirements-

• Deep understanding of React, and their ecosystem such as state management libraries - 5+ years of experience in frontend development with one of the major frameworks
• Proficiency in frontend build tools like Webpack, Rspack, ts-compiler, lint tools
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JS (ES6+), and TS
• Strong expertise in architecting frontend infrastructure
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, and end-to-end testing tools like Playwright
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms like Split.io
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI architectures such as micro-frontend module federation
• Strong understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and workflows for frontend development
