C++ Software Engineer

A global American company based in Tel Aviv, specializing in life-saving medical equipment. The company is among the top 10 worldwide in its field and develops advanced patient monitoring systems.

The company has 60,000 employees globally, with 50 employees in Israel. It was acquired 3 years ago and maintains a family-friendly atmosphere. The office is located with easy access to the train line, and the company operates on a hybrid work model (2 days from home).

The Role:

• Part of a team, reporting to the Software Team Leader.
• Hands-on development of a new embedded platform.
• Design and implement code meeting system requirements.
• Develop communication protocols and regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Work closely with the hardware team for efficient hardware/software interfaces.
• Collaborate with global teams (System, Cybersecurity, Regulatory).
• Development in C++ on Linux, microcontroller work, and some high-level tasks.

Requirements:

• 5 years of software development experience
• Experience with C++ in Linux environments
• Experience with Real-Time / Embedded (RT/EM) systems
• Low-Level development experience
