Talent Acquisition Specialist-(Temporary Position)

Tandem G is looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us for a 6-month temporary role.

What are you going to do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tech positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Support the candidate onboarding process
•  Use and implement advanced sourcing tools.
• HR Administration- Manage office supplies, groceries, and equipment for new employees.
• Welfare- Happy Hours, holidays, birthdays. 

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least two years in the field of software development positions.
• In-depth and proven experience in headhunting on social networks.
• Strong Influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
