We at Vee.com are on a mission to revolutionize nonprofit operations by providing intelligent, AI-driven team members. Our two flagship products, Maggie and Grant, serve nonprofits by "Agenting" their social media and grant application operations.

We’re looking for a Director of Product to manage both of these dynamic products, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision leading the development and execution of product strategies.

Job Overview

As the Product Team Lead, you will lead the product execution for both Maggie and Grant, as well as Vee’s future team members.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer success, and operations, to build products that increase the efficiency of nonprofits and help them scale their impact. Your leadership will drive the evolution of these products from their current state into more robust, AI-powered solutions that offer even greater automation and value to our nonprofit clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Execution:

• Partner with engineering to drive the end-to-end product development process, from discovery through delivery.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration to deliver features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Deep understanding of product life cycle, including defining and prioritizing requirements, working closely with engineers, and supporting our go-to-market efforts.

Customer Feedback & Insights:

• Regularly gather and analyze feedback from customers and account managers to provide recommendations for product improvements and innovations.
• Build a feedback loop to improve product features and ensure products meet user needs.

Collaborate on Product Strategy & Roadmap:

• Work closely with company leadership and stakeholders to align the product strategy with Vee's overall mission.
• Assist in refining the product vision, while gathering input from leadership and users.
• Support developing and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring they meet immediate and long-term company goals.

Metrics & KPIs:

• Set and track key metrics for both products, including activation, adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze data and adjust product strategy accordingly.
• Required Skills & Experience

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• A strong background in developing AI or automation-driven products is a plus.
• Ability to balance execution with strategy, working closely with leadership to translate high-level goals into actionable product roadmaps.
• Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data to drive decisions and optimize product features.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience and familiarity with the global / US nonprofit sector - a big bonus*
