Growth Content ManagerAbout the Role

We’re not looking for a content writer. We’re looking for a Growth Content Manager — someone who knows that every word on the page is either growing the business or wasting space.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll be the brain behind the words that turn strangers into lifelong customers. You’ll write them, test them, and scale the systems behind them. If you've ever run a small business, even a scrappy side hustle, and know the power of a single headline to change your day — you're already speaking our language.

Strategy:

• Research and understand our ideal users — what they care about, what blocks them, and how to speak to them in a way that earns trust fast.
• Craft messaging frameworks that drive conversions — from the hero line on a landing page to the copy in retargeting ads.
• Think full-funnel: what gets attention, what builds interest, what gets the sign-up — and what keeps them coming back.

Copywriting:

• Write everything: headlines, CTAs, emails, landing pages, blog hooks, scripts, and more.
• Use AI when it helps, but never rely on it to do your thinking.
• A/B test religiously and iterate based on performance, not opinions.

Management & Collaboration:

• Own your capacity. Hire freelancers, scale production, and make sure output matches goals.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to build automations that reduce grunt work and increase output.
• Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and operations to keep messaging aligned and scalable.

• 3+ years in content marketing, growth content, or performance copywriting.
• You’ve run your own business before — freelance counts, your own store counts, even a lemonade stand counts. You know what it’s like to sell something real.
• Native-level English — no exceptions.

• Experience using or building with AI tools is a big plus.
