About the Role

We’re looking for a Biz Ops Specialist – Connectors and Integrations to take ownership of our business systems and integrations infrastructure. This role will focus on optimizing our internal tools, CRM platforms, and API-based integrations to support scalable, data-driven operations across WiseStamp. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for implementing AI tools across departments to enhance performance and operational efficiency.

You’ll play a critical part in enabling our teams to move fast and operate efficiently by building, maintaining, and improving the systems that connect sales, marketing, product, and customer success. Who You Are

• A systems thinker who loves connecting tools and creating streamlined workflows.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Strong familiarity with APIs, Zapier, and other integration platforms.
• 1–4 years of experience in BizOps, Business Systems, or Technical Operations roles.
• Able to analyze data structures and work with large datasets confidently.
• Technically curious – you can write basic scripts, manage integrations, and troubleshoot errors.
• Proactive mindset and strong communication skills – you know how to flag issues and push for solutions.
• Knows how to bring value through AI
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of CRM tools and other internal business platforms—structure data, maintain hygiene, and ensure smooth usage across teams.
• Design and implement integrations between WiseStamp and external platforms (e.g., email tools, CRMs, productivity tools) using APIs and no-code tools.
• Build automations and workflows (including AI tools) to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to understand business needs and translate them into scalable systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and integration bugs, and manage resolutions end-to-end.
• Leverage AI and operational tools to enhance efficiency, reduce data silos, and increase visibility.
• Document processes and maintain internal resources to support onboarding and adoption.
• Stay on top of the latest SaaS tools and integration trends to continuously improve operations.
