A Startup Company in the field of mobile assets. The company acquires digital assets (mobile apps) from developers around the world and monetizes them to streamline operations and drive profitability. The company currently owns over 1,000 mobile apps.
The role includes managing a team of around 10 Data professionals (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists), with a small hands-on component. Responsibilities include recruitment, developing data strategies, and working closely with all departments across the company. This is a senior role reporting to the VP of R&D.
The company has 140 employees. Offices are located in Kfar Saba, with a hybrid work model of one day per week from the office and the rest from home.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Data-related roles, including proven experience in building and leading Data teams
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker – a significant advantage
