What You'll Do:

• Event Management Excellence: Lead end-to-end operations for high-profile events and exhibitions (local and international coordination - no travel required)
• Content & Digital:
• Maintain and update company presentations
• Manage our social media channels
• Coordinate website content with UX, WordPress, and SEO teams
• Create basic technical content and support our corporate newsletter
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external suppliers, including design, print, and digital agencies
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

• Language: Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Technical Skills: PowerPoint mastery, AI tools proficiency (mandatory)
• Marketing Mindset: Strong marketing orientation (prefer graduates in communications/marketing or digital agency alumni)
• Experience: Content writing experience (significant advantage)
• Personal Traits: Exceptional organization, outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
