Company Description
RT - Advanced Aerostat Systems specializes in aerostat technologies and is a world-class designer, developer, and manufacturer of SkyStar aerostats. These compact and mobile systems are used for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and communications. SkyStar systems are deployed globally, supporting military and security operations across five continents. They are used for various tasks, including persistent ISR, law enforcement, public safety, search and rescue, border security, and strategic site protection.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Yavne for an International Sales and Marketing Manager. The role involves developing and implementing global sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include leading marketing campaigns, representing the company at trade shows and conferences, and working closely with the product development team to align product offerings with market demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in international sales and marketing
- Strong understanding of business development and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans
- Experience in the defense or HLS industry is a plus
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
