Corporate Legal Counsel

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and business-minded Corporate & Privacy Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across a range of corporate and privacy-related matters. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, business, and law in a global, fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in managing our privacy programs, supporting commercial transactions, and acting as a trusted partner to various internal teams including product, security, sales, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide practical legal counsel on a wide range of privacy matters, including compliance with global privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Draft, negotiate, and review privacy-related agreements, including Data Processing Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and internal and external privacy policies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain data protection practices, privacy frameworks, and internal awareness programs.
• Support commercial negotiations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts (e.g., MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts).
• Advise on legal aspects of strategic business decisions, new initiatives, and cross-border transactions.
• Assist with legal governance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing corporate legal needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, Security, HR, and Finance.

What We’re Looking For:

• LL.B degree and licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 3+ years of experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong expertise in privacy and data protection law and familiarity with relevant global regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex legal agreements, with a focus on balancing legal risk and business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across teams and functions.
