Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer to enhance our Data Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative data systems to support analytics initiatives.
• Utilize modern data platforms for data management, transformation, and processing for both real-time and batch workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions for model training and deployment.
• Create and maintain ETL workflows for maritime data sources.
• Build backend services for data transformation, ensuring standardization for production readiness.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development.
• Proficient in handling large data warehouse structures and developing pipelines in a Big Data environment.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and best practices.
• Excellent SQL skills with a focus on analytics.
• Experienced in Python programming and object-oriented concepts.
• Ability to distill complex business challenges into actionable technical specifications.
• Knowledge in designing decision engines with complex logic processing.
• Familiarity with data and schema standards.
• Experience in cloud environments, especially AWS, and with Snowflake is a plus.
