Partnership Support Specialist (Russian Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent text-based support (Intercom) to mid-tier users and agencies.
• Efficiently resolve user issues and document them thoroughly.
• Collect valuable feedback to improve our user experience.
• Hit your KPIs and support your teammates in doing the same.
  
  

• 1+ year of customer service or affiliation management experience.
• Fluent written English and Russian. (More languages? Even better!)
• You’re a team player, responsible and ready to take initiative.
• You're empathetic, helpful, and communicate clearly.
• You're a multitasker who delivers results.
• Experience with helpdesk and task tracking tools is a plus.
