PPC Analyst

We are seeking a data-driven PPC Analyst to lead and optimize search monetization campaigns using Google AdSense for Search (AFS). In this role, you will analyze performance metrics, refine monetization strategies, and drive revenue growth through continuous optimization. You’ll manage AFS placements and implement data-led improvements while ensuring compliance with Google policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Optimize: Manage and optimize B2C PPC campaigns focused on Google AdSense for Search, maximizing search monetization through refined ad placements and strategies.
• Automation & Tracking: Set up automation processes to enhance efficiency and monitor campaign performance. Implement tracking solutions to analyze key metrics, conduct A/B testing, and drive revenue growth.
• Data-Driven Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, search settings, and audience targeting to improve KPIs and ROI.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyze trends, and generate reports offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Innovate & Scale Revenue: Develop new monetization strategies and ad formats while staying updated on Google AFS policies and industry trends.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, R&D, and other teams to align strategies, enhance ad creatives, and implement technical improvements.
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC campaign management experience.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimization.
• Experience with Google AdSense for Search (AFS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Native platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain) is an advantage.
• Understanding of creative best practices, including format, copy, and design, with A/B testing experience preferred.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
