We are looking for a BI Systems Analyst and Project Manager to lead end-to-end BI projects — from requirements gathering and detailed specifications, through development coordination with the IT department, QA, and full responsibility for the project go-live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write detailed specifications and lead business modeling and analysis across various core systems in the organization.
- Lead BI project management from start to finish.
- Matrix leadership of development teams in coordination with the development unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.
- Graduate of a systems analysis course or relevant academic degree.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in BI systems analysis.
- High-level SQL writing skills – mandatory.
- Experience with SQL / PL-SQL in an Oracle environment – strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as BO and QlikView – an advantage.
Additional Skills:
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various business units across the organization.
