Role Overview:

We’re seeking an exceptional copywriter to join our creative team at Humanz, delivering innovative and impactful solutions for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale creative concepts that drive success for global brands and creators: bring creative magic into influencer marketing campaigns - find the alignment between the brand's goals and creators’ tune of voice and style.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Vision: Develop and oversee the concepts and creative strategy for client campaigns, ensuring alignment with their brand goals and the creator’s style.

Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute compelling creative campaigns tailored to specific industries, platforms, and target audiences.

Collaboration: Partner closely with creators and influencers to ensure the creative concept is aligned with their platform and will resonate with their audiences.

Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, data-informed ideas to drive client engagement and creator success.

Creative Excellence: Set and maintain high standards for all creative outputs, including visuals, messaging, and overall campaign impact.

What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience as a Creative, preferably in Social agency, advertising, or digital media. Working with influencers in the past is a great advantage.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, impactful campaigns for brands.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire both clients and internal teams.

Deep understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.

Exceptional ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative strategies.

A collaborative mindset, with a track record of working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
