Senior User Experience Designer

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end UX strategy, vision, and execution across all our products.
• Lead the research, ideation, prototyping, and testing processes to deeply understand our users (students, parents, and educators).
• Build a user-centered design process that balances business needs, product strategy, and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.
• Define and maintain UX best practices, processes, and standards within the company.
• Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis to continuously improve product experiences.
• Mentor and grow future UX/UI team members as the company scales.

What We're Looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design. leadership or ownership role is an advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX solutions for B2C products (preferably mobile-first or education-related products).
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Excellent collaboration skills — ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Passion for education, AI, and empowering young learners.
• A hands-on mindset — willing to both lead and execute as needed.
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a big plus.

Bonus Points:

• Experience designing for Gen Z / young audiences.
• Background in EdTech, gaming, or mobile consumer products.
• Familiarity with AI-driven personalization or adaptive learning systems.
