Job Description

Sapiens is seeking an FP&A Manager to join the Corporate team. He/she provides financial advice and support to help local and group senior executives make key decisions.

This is an exciting new opportunity for somebody who has at least 8 years of FP&A experience, ideally gained from working within the software industry, and who enjoys collaborating with international teams. Understanding how software project finance is controlled, is key to the success of this role. "

Main Responsibilities

Manage a small team of FP&A analysts.

Prepare accurate and timely P&L, project control, database reports, and operational reports based on plans and raw data.

Consolidate and gather relevant information from several systems and resources, analyze and prepare forecasts and budget information, plan vs actuals.

Resolve budgetary issues across the board.

Promote efficiency, cost saving and improvement to processes.

Involved in reconciliation, complex analysis, communicating instructions related to resolution of issues, etc., that will assist in the smooth operation of financial activities.

Track and report on trends; raising areas of concerns for any potential deviations from project/program plans.

Prepare and distribute month-end closure reports, including invoicing.

Work with senior leadership to understand and address process challenges & identify opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (Accounting, HR, etc.).

Skills And Experience Required

With dual FP&A and business expertise and strong influencing skills, our ideal candidate brings a high level of integrity and commitment to the company's results.

He/she has high analysis and problem-solving skills, as well as critical thinking, and great decision-making abilities.

At least 5 years in a similar role in an international Organization with priority given to high-tech industry experience.

Experience in Budget management and Financial Analysis.

Advanced degree in accounting, CPA, business, finance, or a related field.

High planning, reporting, and presentation skills and superior attention to detail.

Great communication skills.

A team player comfortable working in a matrix and international setup.

Experience with EPM/Hyperion Planning system – Big plus.

Team management experience.

High profession in MS Excel – Must.
