Manager of Machine Learning

The RADCOM Network Intelligence suite offers intelligent, container-based, on-demand solutions to deliver network analysis from the RAN to the Core for 5G assurance.

Responsibilities

As an AI/ML Team Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Working with product managers, software engineers, and designers to identify and prioritize AI-driven features and enhancements.

• Developing the next generation of DPI and QoE AI/ML engines and integrating them into the product.

• Maintaining existing AI/ML engines.

• Promoting best practices in AI development, including model evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for the AI Team Lead position should have:

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.

• A strong technical background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.

• A proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects in a production environment.

• Expertise in Python and popular ML frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and proficiency in MLOps tools is a plus.

• A strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with the talent to inspire and motivate a team.
