Technical Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Technical Project Manager at Moon Active, you will be responsible for leading implementation projects by communicating the project status, timelines, and technical requirements, and working with internal teams to drive project deliverables right from project inception through to completion, overseeing a successful output.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple complex onboarding implementation projects
• Oversee all aspects of project management and ensure the successful completion of implementations and deliverables
• Tracking and communicating project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to all key stakeholders as needed
• Monitor the day-to-day activities of the entire project team and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Create overall project plans and work with the project teams to maintain them
• Actively monitor project scope and health to identify, track, and communicate potential risks and issues to project delivery
  
  

• 5 + years of experience as a delivery project manager
• Experience in managing 10+ projects simultaneously, with cross and multiple teams management
• Familiar with project management tools as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and others
• A deep understanding of complex systems, technical dependencies, implications and requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong presentation skills for all levels, including C-level and executives
• Education - BSc or BA, preferably in technology-related programs
