With operations in India, Thailand, and Israel, we sell tickets to hundreds of events monthly and generate over 300K ILS in MRR. Backed by a passionate founding team, we’re scaling fast and looking for a tech leader to join us on the journey.

The Role

We're seeking a visionary and hands-on CTO to join as a founding partner. You’ll own all things tech—from architecture to execution—and will have the opportunity to build and lead your own development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and technology strategy
• Align tech roadmap with business goals
• Build scalable systems, tools, and customer-facing products
• Recruit and manage a high-performing tech team
• Make key decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and tools

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with React, React Native, Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB
• Passion for startups and building real-world products
• Independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Previous startup or side-project experience is a plus
