Senior Software Engineer

A global and fast-growing AdTech company seeks a Tech Lead to join its core R&D team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a real impact on architecture, product direction, and business outcomes. You’ll work directly with the CEO, manage a small team in Israel, and collaborate with international teams across India, Barcelona, and Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance ad tech systems
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers
• Own and execute the technical roadmap
• Ensure robustness and scalability of infrastructure and services
• Collaborate with product and business units to drive innovation
• Maintain best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud operations
• Stay up to date with new technologies and assess their relevance

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with the .NET framework
• 3+ years working with AWS
• Proficiency in Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong system design and problem-solving skills
