Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment processes, support onboarding, and help build our amazing team.

• Reporting to the HR Manager
• Full-time role based in our Rehovot office

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process
• Publish job ads, manage candidate pipelines across platforms, and ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system updates, and internal coordination
• Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and recruitment trackers to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with the HR team on cross-functional projects and support the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives such as team events, Happy Hours, holiday celebrations, and onboarding experiences
• Contribute to internal communications by supporting the creation and distribution of newsletters, HR updates, and employee announcements

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and candidate engagement
• Experience working with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Results-orientation and time management skill
