Graphic Designer

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for Motorcycle, Outdoor & ORV helmets, is looking for a creative and energetic Graphic/UX Designer to take it to the next level. Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raanana/from home), reporting to the Creative Director.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will follow and develop the company-wide design language that is in tune with both the market aesthetics and the company’s brand pillars, control all up-to-date design tools for online and offline use, and become an integral part of a dynamic marketing team.

As part of your creative job, you will be required to interpret our marketing needs into design/UX solutions that create an impact and drive our brand forward. To complete your tasks, you are expected to be responsible for company-wide design language and master a variety of skills, for both online and offline use, for example, online and offline campaigns, company website, product packaging, brand guidelines, company collateral, infographics, presentations, exhibitions, and video art, to name but a few.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Think creatively and lead the development of new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Cultivate a solid body of work
• Striving for perfection and a strong ability to pay attention to details
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Amend final designs for comments and gain full approval
• Work as part of a team with other marketing team members

Requirements:

• At least four years of professional experience as a graphic designer or art director in an advertising or design firm are essential.
• Experience working with Adobe packages (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must.
• Prior experience working in consumer electronics companies and/or global companies – an advantage
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies
• English – a must!
