Analytics Manager

A leading financial corporation is looking for an experienced Team Leader in the field of Cyber Fraud for a strategic role combining professional and managerial responsibilities.

The position includes leading a team specializing in the investigation and analysis of digital fraud, developing automated fraud detection and prevention solutions, and working closely with development, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

• Lead and manage a team of cyber fraud investigators, providing ongoing professional guidance.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate digital fraud attempts (Phishing, Account Takeover, Social Engineering, and more).
• Develop automated processes (using Python) to detect anomalies, generate alerts, and implement automatic blocking mechanisms.
• Gather and define requirements from development, data, and cybersecurity teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments: Technology, Legal, Compliance, Customer Service, Public Inquiries, and more.
• Monitor market trends and attacker tactics, and continuously update defensive tools and strategies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams in Fraud / Cybersecurity / Threat Analysis / Risk Management
• Strong proficiency in Python development, writing scripts and automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to detect attack patterns and data anomalies
• Experience with SIEM systems and fraud detection tools ( QRADAR, ELASTIC)
• Practical experience identifying and mitigating digital fraud, with emphasis on online and mobile banking
• Familiarity with authentication protocols, digital banking systems, CRM platforms, and APIs
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in fraud detection and investigation
