- Develop and perform different biochemical assays for antibody characterization
- • (Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry)
- • Perform cell based functional assays, antibody based in vitro assays and different analytical methods for protein characterization
- • Generate over expression systems and knock-down/knockout cells
- • Ability to review and interpret literature in diverse areas of study
- • Record results in laboratory notebook, prepare written reports and oral presentations on time
- Requirements
- • MSc in Life Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in the biotech industry or Ph.D., in Life Sciences with at least 1 year of experience in the biotech industry
- • Highly experienced in biochemical technologies – Western blot, ELISA – must
- • Highly experienced in cell culture technologies – must
- • Over expression systems (lentivirus, transfections etc.)
- • Knock-down/knock out technologies (si/shRNA, CRISPR)
- • Extensive experience in cell based in vitro assays – must
- • Experience in FACS staining
- • Antibody based in vitro assays
- • Cell based functional assays
- • Highly experienced in molecular biology methods – advantage
- • Experience in protein analytical methods (HPLC, Biacore) – advantage
- • Experience in protein/ antibody production – advantage
- • Knowledgeable in bispecific antibody discovery – advantage
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and activities
- • Ability to work independently; proactively address issues and troubleshoot problems
