We specialize in developing advanced tools for SMBs, with a thriving user base of over 500,000 and more than 1 million widgets created.

We are looking for a results-driven and revenue-focused Growth manager to lead our growing marketing team. This role is not about just running campaigns - it’s about driving measurable impact, optimizing for revenue, and scaling user acquisition through AI-first marketing strategies.

You will manage an existing team of skilled professionals, including an SEO Manager, Content Writer, and Social Media Manager, while also overseeing PPC efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that maximizes growth, improves conversion rates, and ensures an exceptional ROI on marketing efforts.

• Develop and execute a high-impact marketing strategy with a strong focus on revenue generation and growth.
• Lead and manage an existing marketing team (SEO, Content, Social Media, PPC) while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Work with AI-first marketing tools to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and improve decision-making.
• Own and track key marketing KPIs, ensuring every campaign is driving business value.
• Build and manage a data-driven marketing funnel, continuously optimizing for conversions.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy to differentiate Common Ninja in the market.
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring a strong ROI across all channels.
• Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, affiliate programs, and new acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Keep up with emerging trends and AI-powered marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on growth and revenue.
• A strong track record of driving measurable business results and revenue through marketing.
• Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and predictive analytics.
• Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and paid acquisition strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
• Experience managing a marketing budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on empowering and developing talent.
• Passion for marketing, innovation, and making a real impact—we’re looking for someone who thrives on growth, not just maintenance.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• A background in scaling marketing teams in fast-paced startups.
• Knowledge of AI-driven marketing strategies beyond automation, such as personalization and predictive analytics.
