Research Assistant

As a research assistant in the Analytical Method Development team at NurExone, you will:

• Perform routine and advanced laboratory experiments according to established protocols
• Handle, culture and maintain cells under sterile conditions
• Prepare samples and perform flow cytometry (FACS) staining
• Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks and digital records
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing research projects and meet deadlines
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and compliance standards at all time
• ·Report to the Head of Analytical Development: maintain close and continuous communication regarding experimental progress, including timely updates on results, deviations, and protocol execution.

Qualifications:

• ·BSc in Biology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology or similar field with at least 2 years of practical lab experience OR MSc in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a research or industry lab - MUST
• Proven experience in cell culture and basic immunological/biological assays
• Experience in working with Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) –Advantage 
• Comfortable working under sterile conditions and following SOPs
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
