Job Description

Join our Legal team as a Commercial Transaction Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in supporting Wix's global sales operations. You'll be the go-to expert for all legal aspects of our business. In this fast-paced role, you'll:

• Work closely with our global sales team
• Draft and negotiate a broad spectrum of sales-focused contracts
• Advise on legal aspects related to product and compliance
• Provide legal guidance to support executives and sales professionals
• Ensure Wix's legal interests are secure, promoting our success
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience in a high-tech B2B company or a leading law firm's commercial or tech department
• Expertise in contract negotiations and drafting, and commercial transaction law
• Fluent English
• You’re hardworking, business-oriented, thorough and analytical
• You can thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking
• You’re a natural leader with the capacity to own projects from start to finish
